Every layer of our jewellery contributes to the beauty, durability and comfort of the finished piece. Each design is hand-finished with a high-quality brass core, precious-metal plating in 18K gold or sterling silver, double plating and double protective layers. To help preserve its finish and character, remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, bathing, exercising or undertaking strenuous activity. Keep it away from cleaning products, lotions and harsh substances, clean it gently with a soft, dry cloth, avoid abrasive polishing products, and store each piece separately in a dry pouch or jewellery box.

Orders are prepared at our studio within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, and shipped within the European Union. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout according to parcel weight and destination, with tracking details provided by email after dispatch. Returns may be requested within 20 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition, including all packaging, tags and certificates. Please contact us with your order number, reason for return and clear photographs before sending anything back. Approved returns receive a prepaid shipping label, and refunds are issued to the original payment method following inspection. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear. Gift cards are non-refundable.
