1 Wrap

Wrap a strip of paper or string around the base of your finger.

2 Mark

Mark where the string overlaps and measure the length.

3 Compare

Measure the length in millimeters (mm) — this is the number that matches our size chart (e.g. 53, 54, 55mm).
