Shipping Policy

Karympali Jewellery is based in Spain. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note: Processing time is separate from the shipping time. This is the time it takes for us to prepare and pack your order at our studio.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates depend on the weight of your package and your delivery address.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following destinations:

  • European Union (EU)

We do not currently ship to destinations outside of these regions.

4. Carriers

To ensure the best service, we use a variety of trusted carriers depending on the destination and speed selected. Our primary partners include:

  • UPS
  • DHL
  • Correos (Spain)
  • SEUR (Spain)

We reserve the right to utilize other carrier partners when necessary to ensure the most efficient delivery for your specific location.

5. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@karympalijewellery.es with your name and order number.

6. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
