1. Return Eligibility

We happily accept returns for all jewelry items, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn condition.
  • The item must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and certificates (if present) of authenticity.
  • The return request is initiated within 20 days of delivery.

Please Note: We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Free Return Shipping

We believe your experience should be seamless from start to finish. If your return is approved, we cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To protect the quality of our pieces and ensure a smooth process, we require a verification step before the return is shipped. Please follow these steps:

  3. Submit Photos: You must email clear photos of the item you wish to return to info@karympalijewellery.es along with the Order Number.
  4. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and photos within 24-48 hours.
  5. Ship it Back: Once approved, we will email you a free, pre-paid shipping label. Pack the item securely to prevent damage.

Note: Returns sent back without prior approval and photo verification will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item to ensure it matches the photos provided, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
